Introducing my Beautiful Heart Project
The Beautiful Heart Project is a free session offer for children experiencing hardship, illness, or with special needs. Meet Stevie – he’s 17 months and has Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21).
Since I started as a photographer back in 2010, some of my most meaningful photo sessions have been with families doing it tough. From families with a terminally ill parent, to children with severe disabilities – photography means so much to them.
For many of these families they are under a lot of pressure. Emotionally and financially. Professional photography is often last on a long list of wants and needs. So.. I thought about the ways that I can make a difference. That’s when I came up with the Beautiful Heart Project.
Each month I’ll select one family for the project. Included will be a free mini portrait session and high-resolution digital files of their child/family. Sessions will take place at my beautiful photography studio in Balmain (Sydney Inner West).
For more information, please get in touch and tell me about your family situation (or nominate someone you know about).
Looking forward to hearing from you!
