Hi everyone!
I am so excited to be able to write my very first blog. It has taken some hair-pulling (I’m not the most technologically-savvy girl in the world) but I think we’re pretty much there!
For those who don’t know me (yet!), my name is Amy and I’m a photographer based in the Sydney Inner West area. I really love taking photos that capture moments in time and am excited that I’ll be able to share some of these with you all via my blog.
Here are a couple of random shots. The first one is my favourite perfume bottle. I love how the sunlight makes pretty colours when they go through the glass. The second shot is one I took in the dust storm last September half-way across the Anzac Bridge. It was an unbelievable sight and I’m so glad that I have a photo that captures the spooky scene that was there that morning. A few people have asked how it was taken and the answer to that is hanging on for dear life by my legs on the back of a motorbike with my beloved camera wrapped in a plastic bag to try and keep the dust out. Scary but I think it was worth it!
