What a lovely way to finish off a weekend – watching the sun go down from Observatory Hill. For non-Sydneysiders, Observatory Hill is the location of the historic Sydney Observatory. It looks down over the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and is a popular park for wedding photos with its beautiful old fig trees. The picnic bench underneath this tree is one of my favourite places to watch the sun go down over Sydney and see all the beautiful colours come to life over the harbour. You’ve got to love this city. How fortunate we are to live here.
